Omni Wellness: Seseh’s Longevity and Recovery Club

Bali’s wellness scene has moved well past yoga shalas, and Omni Wellness in Seseh is one of the clearer examples of where it’s heading – a members-only longevity and recovery club built around medical-grade diagnostics as much as movement.

What’s Actually There

The facilities are genuinely comprehensive: a 25m lap pool, sauna, steam room, ice bath, cold plunge, and jacuzzi sit alongside a proper gym and three ocean-facing studios running classes throughout the week. Bali’s largest wellness lawn and recovery area is part of the same site – enough space that it doesn’t feel like a typical gym floor.

Diagnostics, Not Just Training

What sets Omni apart from a standard fitness club is the health-assessment side – blood and gut testing, a biotech lab, and a personalised nutrition programme sit alongside the training facilities. New members typically go through a suite of evidence-based assessments – blood work, a 3D body scan, a detailed health questionnaire, VO2 max testing, and strength and mobility assessments – before anything else.

Community & Coworking

Omni also runs a 100-seat coworking space on site, which fits the broader shape of Seseh and Cemagi’s longer-stay, work-from-Bali crowd – a place to train, recover, and get a full day of work done without leaving.

Other Wellness Options Nearby

Omni isn’t the only serious wellness spot in Seseh – Air Seseh runs a similar recovery-club model with two Finnish saunas and cold plunges at two temperatures, and Cloud Spa is consistently rated among the best massage spots on this coast. We’ve rounded up the full wellness scene in our Casa Di Seseh neighbourhood guide.
