Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. Your booking is confirmed once payment is received, and your confirmation and invoice are sent by email.

Cancellations

• 30 days or more before check-in: full refund.
• 8 to 29 days before check-in: 50% refund.
• 7 days or less before check-in, or no-show: no refund.

Shortening a stay after check-in is treated as a cancellation of the unused nights. These terms apply to all bookings, including full Estate buyouts.

Date changes

One date change is permitted free of charge with at least 30 days’ notice, subject to availability. Changed bookings are non-refundable.

If we cancel

In the unlikely event we must cancel your booking, you will receive a full refund of all monies paid.

Travel insurance

We strongly recommend travel insurance covering cancellation, illness, and flight changes. Exceptions to this policy cannot be made, including for flight cancellations or personal circumstances.

Check-in & check-out

Check-in is from 3:00 pm and check-out is by 11:00 am. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.
