Set in the rice fields of Pererenan, a short drive from Cemagi, Le Bajo Bali is one of the more distinctive day clubs to open on this coast in recent years – a restaurant and pool club built around a Labuan Bajo theme, named for the gateway town to Komodo National Park.
The Komodo-Shaped Pool
The centrepiece is exactly what it sounds like – a swimming pool shaped like a Komodo dragon, set into a patch of sand and surrounded by open gardens and calm, low-key architecture. It’s the kind of spot built for slowing down for a few hours rather than a big night out, with rice paddy views on every side.
Food & Drink
The menu leans on locally caught seafood alongside more familiar options – burgers, pizzas, and a few vegetarian dishes, plus international staples like fried chicken and steak. There are multiple pools on site if the Komodo pool itself is busy.
Practical Details
Le Bajo Bali is open daily from 8am to 11pm, making it workable as a breakfast or lunch stop as much as a sunset spot. It sits in Pererenan, close enough to Cemagi for an easy half-day out without committing to a full day trip further afield.
